Reception ceremony for new developments at the branch of the Applied College in Al-Majardah
The branch of the Applied College in Majardah held a reception for the new students on Wednesday, 02/14/1445 AH at 9 am in the college theater, amid a large number of female students and faculty members, in the presence of about 194 new students. The ceremony included several topics that were discussed, most notably: the study and examination regulations, rules of behavior and student discipline, and general information pertaining to each program in the Applied College in Majardah.
The ceremony began with a welcome message for the new students, followed by a speech by the Executive Director of the Applied College Branch in Majardah, Dr. Maha Al-Shehri, followed by a speech by the supervisor of the e-learning unit, Mr. Ali Al-Qarni, and a speech by the supervisor of the Information Technology Unit, Mr. Sarah Al-Ammari, and then videos of all programs were shown. The videos in the college included information about each of these programs, the most important skills that must be acquired, and also some jobs that can be applied for after graduation.
After showing the videos, the supervisors of the diploma programs, Dr. Duaa Al-Rifai, Dr. Fatima Dafa Allah, Dr. Intisar Al Sir Abu Al Qassem, and Dr Hanana Al Naji Mubarak delivered a welcome speech and explained some information related to each program.
The ceremony was concluded with educational tips for the students and an entertainment competition presented by the students of the Vision Club.
