Activate and follow up the implementation of the tasks of the measurement and evaluation unit, which are based on clarity in the vision, and the development of practices based on procedural definitions of those tasks, according to a system of values that govern the measurement and evaluation process in general and the academic university in particular, to achieve the requirements of development and quality, and to provide information based on the evidence for the takers the decision.
1. Spreading the culture of measurement and evaluation at the college level.
