The origin of the Department of Computer Sciences is back to the establishment of the College of Science and Arts in Majardah, where it is one of the educational institutions of modern origin, King Khalid University opened its doors to study and receive its students for the first semester of the academic year 1433-1434 AH. It includes three scientific departments (Mathematics Department, Computer Science Department, and English Language Department).
